Whether you’re here for a long stay or for a cosy night in, you can order produce from reception and cook it yourself, host friends for a meal delivered to your room, or ask the chef to come and cook for you, and cook with him.

LA BOULANGERIE

In true convent tradition, flour is freshly milled at the convent and combines several ancient varieties of quality grain which are sourced locally.
We make our own dough and yeast on site and serve our freshly baked bread at the convent. High-quality grains, homemade yeast, blend of ancient grains. Our bread tells a story.
On sale every day at the Boulangerie du Couvent, from 9am to 3pm, subject to availability.
